A phenomonal experience from start to finish. Jessica in the office was amazing and made booking and communication a breeze. My certification instructor (Javi) was patient and got me through OW training without issue. We joined them for whale shark tour and a diving trip.  Both were amazing!  Jessica in the shop was great.  For the whale shark tour we had Jair and Victor.  They did a fantastic job.  When we were diving , we went with Javier, Sebastian, another gentleman and the captain Wilber (may have the name wrong).  All great people, professional, and enjoy what they do. I had an amazing experience diving in Cancun and couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to scuba diving. The day started with a learning session and skills test, followed by two incredible dives, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. A huge thank you to Sebastian, our diving instructor, who was absolutely fantastic. As first-time divers, we were naturally a little nervous, but Sebastian was incredibly patient, caring, and thoughtful throughout the entire experience. He always made sure we were comfortable, regularly checked that we were okay, and adjusted the pace to suit our confidence and ability levels. What really stood out was how supportive and encouraging he was, helping us feel safe and relaxed underwater. He also captured some amazing videos for us, allowing us to relive some truly special moments from the dives. Sebastian’s professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made the experience so much better than we could have imagined. Went diving on Saturday 20th June 2026, from the moment we entered the shop nothing but welcoming from all the team at Aqua. Very quickly met our dive master Sebastian who made us feel at ease straight away. Taught us all we needed to know to make the dive as smooth as possible. Throughout the two dives we completed Sebastian kept making sure we was okay and comfortable making the experience so amazing. Got to see a lot of different types of fish including barracuda’s. Incredible experience diving with Aqua Adventures! From the second you walk in the door you are truly part of the family. Javier and Guillermo were amazing dive masters and Jessica was wonderful to work with at the front desk. We did five dives in two days and each was better than the last. Javier also took us on a magical night dive full of life and bioluminescence! It felt like floating through a galaxy of stars.
